Refunds

NovaTek Systems does not provide refunds for any products sold unless the product is completely non-functional. Domain registration can not be refunded under any condition. Website hosting is subject to service outages, no refunds will apply for temporary outages.

Third-party Policies

Domain registration is subject to the policies of Aust Domains and AUDA. By accepting any domain product from NovaTek Systems you must also accept the policies listed here.

Delivery

No delivery is included for electronic services. If your product explicitly includes a delivery option, we will ship the product within 30 days of full payment. The postal service used is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed by the purchaser and the merchant.

Personal Information

It is our usual practice to collect personal information directly from you.

Sometimes we collect personal information from a third party if you have consented or would reasonably expect us to collect the information in this way, for example from publicly available sources such as websites or telephone directories.

We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website. This website uses session cookies during any regular visit of the website. When you close your browser the session cookie is destroyed and no personal information is kept which might identify you to us in the future.

Uses

We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal management purposes.

We do not give information about you to other government agencies, organisations or anyone else unless one of the following applies:
